When you ask about a stay, ARW Rentals uses the information you provide to respond and discuss possible rental arrangements.
What you share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred stay dates or date flexibility, number of guests, and pet details. You may also provide a phone number and a message. Please do not send payment-card information, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive details through this form.
How your inquiry is handled
Zack uses your information to discuss availability, answer questions, and follow up about your requested stay. Sending an inquiry is not a reservation or a payment.
When submitted through the form, your inquiry is saved in a server-side database so it can be processed and retried if message delivery fails. Resend processes email notifications for delivery to Zack’s inbox. A successful submission means the email service has accepted the message; it does not guarantee immediate inbox delivery or an immediate response.
Services that help run this website
The site is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes website requests and stores submitted inquiries in D1. Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs to operate and protect the site.
The form uses a salted hash derived from the request’s network address to help limit spam. The application does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record. The hosting provider may separately process IP addresses in its own infrastructure.

Understanding contact requests
The website counts clicks on call and text links by day. These counts do not include names, contact details, stay dates, or messages, and do not use advertising cookies. Network-address hashes help limit repeated events. Accepted inquiries can also be counted from the form delivery records. A link click does not mean a call or text was completed.
Keeping and removing information
When the site receives traffic, a cleanup process removes form records older than 30 days and spam-control hashes older than 48 hours. If the site receives no traffic, cleanup waits until a later visit. Copies delivered to Zack’s email are kept separately from the website database. Contact Zack if you have questions about a stored inquiry or would like to request removal.
